This is the last recipe in our summer series with Dicksons butchers and it’s a total winner! This ultimate burger is packed full of mature cheddar and oozes with cheesy goodness.
It’s incredibly easy to make and only takes 15 minutes to pull together. You simply mix beef mince with seasoning, split into 8 balls and split into patties by pressing them between baking paper. You then add a piece of cheddar in the middle before sealing them together.
Cook them on a BBQ for 5 minutes each side and serve up. You can add your favourite sauces and dressings to your bun, but our go-to is ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onions and gherkins.
